My blissful hour of relaxation and self hypnosis at the end of each class, will include deep breathing to start, followed by a lovely long visualisation/ self hypnosis focusing on a different pregnancy, birth and parenthood- such as increasing positivity, how to sleep better, staying relaxed and reducing fears, bonding with baby, and looking after yourself in pregnancy. No previous experience of hypnosis, mindfulness or meditation necessary- this is a safe environment to try it and enjoy it! I am a midwife, qualified hypnobirthing teacher and mum to 4!
